Announcement of End of Support
Microsoft © has announced the end of front-line support for
Windows 98 and Windows Millenium Edition, as well as Windows XP Service
Pack 1. While we recognize that some customers still use these
products, due to this announcement and the subsequent discontinuation
of support, we are forced to also announce that support for these
products may be limited by Bruce Telecom.
Customers will still be provided support in setting up dialup, DSL and
E-mail connections, but any support for but not limited to
browsing/E-mail issues, spyware infections, incompatibility with newer
internet programs (IE7, Firefox, Outlook, etc) will not be provided.

Please note that Windows 2000, XP Service Pack 2, and Mac OS8,9, and 10
are still fully supported.
